Recovery in the lab
Physical repairs happen in a controlled cleanroom; logical and ransomware recovery runs from a sector-level image, never the original media.
Secure delivery
Recovered files are verified, indexed and returned on encrypted media or via secure transfer. Your original drive comes back too.

Should I pay the ransom?
Not before you have spoken to us. Don't pay, reboot, or run “fix-it” tools until we've had a look: they can destroy what is still recoverable. We can often recover encrypted files from shadow copies, partial backups, unaffected volumes and the encrypted data itself, without paying the ransom.
Will you report the incident to the police?
No. Our response is confidential, and there is no law enforcement referral without your consent.
How much does data recovery cost?
Lab-based recovery starts with a free inspection that gets you a firm price and an honest read on the odds before any work begins. A £99 + VAT assessment fee applies only if the drive has to be opened. On-site visits start at £100 per hour.
What if my data can't be recovered?
Then you don't pay for the recovery: no data, no fee. We are upfront when data isn't recoverable, rather than charging for an attempt we don't believe in.
How long does a diagnosis take?
Typically 24–48 hours. Active incidents are triaged first, usually within hours, and business-critical outages can go through our priority same-day emergency recovery.
Which drives and systems can you recover?
All makes and models of hard drive and SSD, including Seagate, Western Digital, Samsung, Toshiba and Crucial; RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10 and JBOD; Windows and Linux servers, VMware and Hyper-V volumes; and NAS platforms including Synology, QNAP, Netgear ReadyNAS and Drobo.
